Jesus Christ Is God

In Titus, Paul Speaks of Jesus Christ is God.

Titus has to take over the church in front of all these men that are indoctrinated. Paul guides Titus to his path to raise up the church. Even with all the people against them, Paul puts his faith in Titus to do it.

Titus is the written message to Titus, but it also applies to us and our churches. If you look into it in that light, you'll see that many things are wrong in what churches and people do. The real preaching that Paul did, was a strong message. Not the things spoken to us that just tickle our ears.

Titus 1:1-4

1 Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God's elect, and the acknowledging of the truth which is after godliness; 2 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began; 3 But hath in due times manifested his word through preaching, which is committed unto me according to the commandment of God our Saviour; 4 To Titus, mine own son after the common faith: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ our Saviour. Who is our Savior? Yes, Jesus Christ. God is our Savior through the manifest of Jesus Christ. God and Jesus Christ are the same.

Luke 1:41

And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost: When Mary told Elizabeth that she was to bore Jesus Christ, John the baptist, still yet to be born from Elizabeth, leaped in her womb.

And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour.

Mary knows what's in her is divine. She calls him God, her savior.

Titus 2:10

Not purloining, but shewing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things.

Titus 3:4-6

4 But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, 5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; 6 Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour;

Paul knew the truth that they were both one in the same. “Right hand of power” is not literally standing separate to his right. Right has always been a signification of power. Commanders always stood to the right of a king.

Substance of the gospel is redemptive truth. It's not to only to show you what is right or wrong, it is the truth that will set you free. If you do not believe you are a sinner, then what do you have to be saved from. The Word of God exposes your sin. In Romans it shows us the sin we have.

If you are in the spirit, you will ask or only spiritual things. Asking for something in the name of God, is only things that would be used for His purpose.

1John 1:8-10

8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is

What a privileged we have to hear the gospel of God. For there are many people in the world that have never heard His Word. We have to spread the gospel. If you have accepted His gospel, it's your duty to spread it to help others be blessed with it.

Jesus was called a teacher not a preacher. We should be coming to people with the love of God and show them the way, not to scream conviction into their ear. But if you teach it, and don't live it, you will be judged. If you hear it, you should believe it, and if you believe it, you should live it. Your testimony is reflected in your life. If someone sees you preaching one day, then sinning another openly, they won't see a point in it. You are to be blameless and spotless.

In Verse 1 of Titus chapter 1, Paul restates to Titus, who he's known before, that he is a Child of God. A Servant of God.

In Verse 2 we receive a transcendent promise. Before God even created the world, He knew He would go down from His throne and sacrifice Himself for us.
